REGISTRATION FORM FOR AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

Confirmation of registration and all camp communications will be sent electronically via e-mail/ WhatsApp. Please be sure this is an account you regularly check and the number provided is active on WhatsApp.
  • Registration is first come, first serve.
  • Payments are processed immediately and ensure your child’s spot in the club.
  • We will notify you immediately if club is already full.
  • If minimum registration is not met, you will be notified well in advance and a full refund will be issued.
  • If you choose to withdraw your child within 1 week of the start of the club or after it has started, the deposit will be non-refundable
  • Please send children with appropriate clothing and shoes, sunscreen, lunch and snacks.
  • Camp Readiness: To ensure a fun and safe camp experience for all children registered, children attending club must be able to adhere to our club readiness guidelines. Children who demonstrate that they aren’t club ready, may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of STEM xplorers staff.
  • Please review the following club readiness checklist with your child
 
  1. Participant is able to take and follow direction and instruction from a staff person
  2. Participant is comfortable in large and small group environments
  3. Participant is able to interact safely and appropriately with staff, clubbers and equipment
