Confirmation of registration and all camp communications will be sent electronically via e-mail/ WhatsApp. Please be sure this is an account you regularly check and the number provided is active on WhatsApp.

STEP 5 - Please read these important details about our camp.

Registration is first come, first serve.
Payments are processed immediately and ensure your child’s spot in camp.
We will notify you immediately if camp is already full.
If minimum registration is not met, you will be notified well in advance and a full refund will be issued.
If you choose to withdraw your child within three weeks of the start of your camp week, the deposit will be non-refundable
Campers not in extended care can be dropped off after 7:45 am and must be picked up promptly by 1:00 pm.
Please send children in comfortable clothing, with closed toe shoes, sunscreen, lunch and snacks.
Camp Readiness: To ensure a fun and safe camp experience for all children registered, children attending camp must be able to adhere to our camp readiness guidelines. Children who demonstrate that they aren’t camp ready, may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of STEM xplorers staff.
